1. Open your Eset Product.
2. Press F5 to open Advanced Setup.
3. Click Antivirus.
4. Check all three options below Scanner Options.
5. Click OK to save changes.
6. Again Open your Eset Product
7. Press F5 to open Advanced Setup.
8. Now click On-Demand Computer Scan option just below Real-Time file protection.
9. Expand Threatsense parameters, scroll down to view the Cleaning level setting and select Strict cleaning from the drop-down menu.
10. Click OK to exit Advanced Setup.
11. Click Computer scan → Advanced scans → Custom scan.
12. Select the checkbox next to Computer, click the gear icon and then select Smart scan from the Scan profile drop-down menu.
13. Click Scan. Your ESET product will automatically clean or delete all known threats found during the scan.
